The Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Clinic provides structured follow-up and management for patients with chronic conditions including type 2 diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other long-term health conditions. Over 8,700 patients attended in 2025–26. The clinic provides regular monitoring, medication review, and lifestyle counselling.
Patients diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic lung or kidney disease, or referred from another facility for NCD management. Regular follow-up appointments are essential for good control.
A structured consultation with blood sugar check, blood pressure monitoring, and medication review. The doctor will review your home monitoring records and adjust treatment as required.
Bring your home monitoring diary (blood sugar, blood pressure readings), all current medications, and previous blood test reports including HbA1c, lipid profile, and kidney function.
This service is available at no cost to all eligible patients under the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY) and Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY). Patients from all five Amravati division districts are eligible.
